Log/Pic 69 Llamas & Cross Country Skiing

So this is from a resent trip the Exploration's kids and I took to a llama farm in Massachusetts.

We took them on a hike through the woods-or did they take us?

Below are photos from our last cross country ski trip of the year.

Log/Pic 68 Ice Climbing

So we took advantage of the cold and did some ice climbing...
...on some frozen waterfalls.

Log/Pic 67 Paintball & Skiing

So Lisa and I were in our local paper when a photographer for the paper caught us snowshoeing after a snowstorm at Powder Hollow.
This month we tested out our paintball guns.

We just couldn't wait until Spring.

We also made it downhill skiing a few times this winter.

Log/Pic 66 Winter Kayaking

So we went for what we thought was our final Kayak of the season.

Parts of the pond were frozen.

So we ram the ice and glided on top of it.

The pond looked great as the sun started to set.

We didn't want this trip to end so we stayed after dark.

We felt like icebreakers.

The moonlight through the ice.

We did go one more time after this night. We fought the strong current upstream but flipped a kayak trying to go under a fallen tree. After quickly paddling back to the jeep, the decision was made to hang them up for the season.

Log/Pic 65 Whirlyball

So this month we played some Whirlyball with the gang.

Track ball on a basketball court in bumber cars is the best way to explain it.
It's fun for the whole family.

We finally had a white Christmas.

Lisa and Morgan were happy.

Couldn't quite seem to put these things away.
